Alison Glass for Andover Fabrics

Alison Glass is a fabric designer for Andover patchwork fabrics and distributes her fabrics in Europe through Makower UK. In addition to fabric design, Alison produces sewing instructions and a growing range of other artistic products. Her career began in 2007 with her own interior design company but her love of color and form and the combination of both eventually led to her decision to retire from the local design business and create artwork for surfaces such as patchwork fabrics. She draws her inspiration from the multitude of details in the world, especially for objects or ideas with personal meaning. She now lives with her family in Virginia, USA.
